How to make the most of the existing audience information and data available out there? How can I incorporate it into the marketing and distribution strategies of my next films? The development of audiences on digital platforms is still booming; digitization and new technologies have changed the way people consume movies and series: the film industry and its approach to audiences is at a crucial moment in its contemporary history. Capturing this change in behaviour is only possible through digital literacy and an update of strategic thinking about the forms of distribution and marketing in the sector. The objective of this workshop is to show tools to facilitate decision-making in the context of an increasingly data-driven industry.
