D’A 2019 gives an account of the good health of the short film made here with a meeting with some of the filmmakers who present short films in the Un Impulso Colectivo section. It will address issues such as the expressive possibility of the short film itself, not as a step prior to the creation of a long feature film, or if it is still seen as the little brother of the long film. Can we think cinematically in short format?
