Carlos Marqués-Marcet‘s first film, 10,000 km, closed the D’A 2014. Els dies que vindran is his third film and with it he returns to the festival to close with honor ten days of film feast. Starring Maria Rodríguez Soto and David Verdaguer, the film premiered at the Malaga Festival where it won the Golden Biznaga for the best Spanish film and the best direction, the Silver Biznaga for the best actress and the young jury prize . Marqués-Marcet filmed the film throughout a whole year, following the protagonists, a couple in real life, and the process of her pregnancy. Halfway between the fiction and the experiment verité (a bit like Boyhood), Els dies que vindran delves into the intimacy of the couple to show the most intimate but also the shadows of sentimental relationships.
