A film by Gabriel Azorín, María Antón Cabot and Carlos Pardo Ros -members of lacasinegra- that with the convincing title of A student of film have some beers with his colleagues on the terrace of the 100 montaditos of a shopping center draws an acid portrait of the state of the Spanish audiovisual.

In the words of the directors: “A film student is having a drink with his colleagues on the terrace of 100 montaditos in a shopping center near his school. His best friend confesses that he is no longer able to watch movies but the truth is that he has a fairly clear opinion, and a hater, of the current state of the Spanish audiovisual industry. Meanwhile, a coati eats the remains of a McDonald’s menu that someone has left lying in the middle of the parking lot.”

Gabriel Azorín, María Antón Cabot and Carlos Pardo Ros join the D’A Film Festival Barcelona’s collection of shorts, with pieces by Luis López Carrasco, Carla Simón, Albert Serra, Marc Ferrer, David Moragas and Marçal Forés.
