Núria Giménez has directed one of the films that has most fascinated D’A 2020 audiences, My Mexican Bretzel. A fascinating film made from found footage of Super 8 and 16 mm that the filmmaker has taken seven years to create and that is an original work that at first glance seems to be an artifact closed in itself but that requires the participation of the public, that can take various readings. A very open work, basically, that raises a thousand questions that Carlos Losilla has tried to explore in this dialogue held with the director within the framework of the D’A Film Festival Barcelona.
