He studied film production at the prestigious La Fémis film school and immediately began producing his own shorts. His first full length film Tonnerre (2013) took him to Locarno, where he returned with Contes de julliet in 2017. L’île au trésor, his third feature film, premiered in Karlovy Vary and was considered one of the top 10 films of the year by Cahiers du Cinéma.
