Synopsis
In the winter on the French Riviera, a teenage girl goes missing on her birthday. Géraldine, an employee in the mayor’s office, takes on the role of a detective. Versions of the truth rapidly multiply and she struggles not to be overwhelmed by all the gossip and theories. The unexpected return of her mother will not facilitate her task. Small villages, it is well known, are full of small crimes…

Alexia Walther, Maxime Matray
They are a creative duo with an extensive filmography of short and feature films. Alexia Walther (Geneva, 1974) is a graduate of HEAD in Geneva. Maxime Matray (Paris, 1973) studied at Villa Arson in Nice. Their collaboration began in 2006, and since then they have co-directed several films. Their first feature film, Blonde Animals (D’A 2019), premiered at the Venice Critics’ Week.
