Synopsis

Miners in the small town discover that centuries ago crucified Saint came back to life and lives among them. Shortly after celebrating his presence, they lose hope, an ordinary man can’t protect them from misfortunes. Hopeless and frightened crowd crucifies the Saint again, believing he will have more power on the cross.

Tinatin Kajrishvili

She is a Georgian film director. She gained international recognition when she premiered her first two films at the Berlinale. Her new film, Citizen Saint, has been Georgia’s representative at the Oscars. She is a member of the APSA Academy, the Georgian Filmmakers Guild, and an associate of EAVE (European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs). Beyond her professional affiliations, Kajrishvili is a cultural ambassador, conveying Georgian life and traditions through her work.
