Dos dies i l’eternitat

Marc Esquirol

Un impulso colectivo Spanish 55 min World premiere Fiction

If I have to live this moment forever, I choose to live it with you. After his first breakup, Marc, a film student, travels with Laia to the south of France to try to overcome his heartache. Emotions come to the surface, but Marc feels stuck. On a real journey, Marc Esquirol, at the age of 20, filmed this feature film with a handycam, his best friend, and an actress, paying homage to the road trips of the French Nouvelle Vague. They visit a museum, climb a bell tower where Laia begins shooting with an imaginary revolver, drive without a driving licence… The tone shifts away from drama and into comedy and light-heartedness, where everything matters a lot and a little at the same time, as if playing a game of making a film.
