Synopsis
In El Prat de Llobregat, Ondrej works as a falconer controlling birds at the airport, while also tending his own land with animals in an increasingly pressured agricultural environment. In this border region, his work becomes a form of resistance against the constant drone of airplanes. Humans and non-humans share a fragile network of relationships in a space marked by the airport’s expansion.

Bárbara S. Barroso
She is a visual artist, filmmaker and educator. Her work moves between experimental film, non-fiction and video installation, with a continual interest in the relationships between ecology, territory and more-than-human ways of life. She regularly works with analogue cinema, exploring the material nature of film as a poetic and political tool. Her work has been exhibited at centres and festivals such as the Miró Foundation, HIAP (Helsinki), and CAC Quito (Ecuador), Cineteca de Matadero (Madrid) or Kasseler Dokfest (Germany), among others.
