Lucy Kerr

Filmmaker based in New York, she was one of the 25 new faces of independent cinema for Filmmaker Magazine in 2022. She has a master’s degree in Film/Video and Arts from the California Institute of the Arts. Her debut feature, Family Portrait, premiered at the 2023 Locarno Festival. With Crashing Waves, her previous short film, she participated in the Nest section of the San Sebastián International Film Festival, where this year she is a resident of Ikusmira Berriak, developing his next work, The Bow.
