Four teenagers from a marginal suburb in Almería (Spain), proud of their Moroccan-Spanish background will see their self-confidence and friendship put to the test on the eighteenth birthday of one of them.

Ian de la Rosa

He studied Filmmaking at ESCAC in Barcelona. In 2015 he directed his first short film Víctor XX that was selected in more than 65 film festivals around the world and won several prizes including the Third Prize at the Festival de Cannes – Cinéfondation. He later developed the TV show Normal for the Spanish cable company Movistar+. Recently has worked as a screenwriter for the TV show Veneno and he’s currently developing his first feature film. With his latest short film, Farrucas (2021), he has been nominated for a Goya Award and winner of the Gaudí Award for Best Short Film.
