Synopsis
Carmela, a 12-year-old girl, on her birthday, is forced to meet her father in a family meeting centre, due to the sentence of gender violence that he has against her mother. A girl is heading somewhere accompanied by her mother. There, someone greets her with a familiarity that seems uncomfortable. A film awarded at Malaga and Alcalá de Henares about gender violence and its consequences.

She graduated at ESCAC. Starting from a latent concern for the place that women occupy in contemporary society, her objective is to work and create stories where there is a space open to debate and social criticism. As final work in the University, she made a short film entitled Ama, with which she traveled to several festivals. Later, she makes her first feature film based on the previous short and awarded at Malaga Film Festival. In 2021, Variety names her as one of the 10 Spanish talents to look out for.
