Synopsis

Through the eyes of a vagrant we travel through the urban desert of a modern city – the capital. We see a city with no spiritual life, culture or morality – a city as lonely and lost as the vagrant himself.

Sharunas Bartas

He graduated from VGIK film school in Moscow. From early on, he met a great critical success. His films such as Three Days, Corridor, Few of Us, all built an uncommonly delicate aesthetic that his eighth feature, Peace to Us in Our Dreams kept on expanding. In February 2016, the Centre Pompidou dedicated him a retrospective.
