Synopsis

María and Verónica, emigrants from different generations, meet in a hospital room in Belgium, where they care for each other. A series of events make María feel the desire and responsibility to return to Spain, on a trip to the Almeria coast that is a reconnection with her life and with herself as well. David Martín de los Santos’ crystalline first film can also be read as a love letter to his actress, the immense Petra Martínez.
