Radu Jude

In 2003 he graduated in Direction from the Bucharest University of Media. His debut feature was awarded at Sundance and selected in Berlin and Toronto, and since then he has been awarded in the main festivals. His films tend to lean towards caustic comedy, with acidic portraits of Romanian society that have earned him awards such as the Golden Bear in Berlin for Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn or the Grand Prix in Karlovy Vary for I Do Not Care If We Go Down in History as Barbarians.
