Synopsis
In a new foray into the deepest America, Roberto Minervini divides the film into two parts: the first describes a community that is the antithesis of the American dream, between forgotten war veterans, wilful drug addicts and hopeless pregnant women. The second focuses on a group of soldiers who, in a pre-Trump United States, want to restore the country to its lost splendor.
