Synopsis
May, a Korean woman in her early thirties, finds herself suddenly alone after an unexpected breakup. As she drifts through sleepless days in Berlin, memories of her youth in Seoul begin to resurface.

Ruan Lan-Xi
She grew up in southern China and moved to Germany in her twenties. She now lives in Berlin, where she completed the directing program at DFFB. Her work moves between film, photography, and writing. Her debut feature, The Plant from the Canaries, premiered at the Locarno Film Festival in the Concorso Cineasti del Presente section.
