During the rice sowing season, Jun, a young Catalan of Chinese origin, works as a seasonal worker in the Ebro Delta. This ancient labor will make him confront his own roots and the distance that separates him from his family.
He graduated in Journalism from the UAB and in Film Direction from ESCAC. His first student short film, La puerta, was selected in Toronto (TIFF KIDS) in 2018. That same year he presented Un instante, with almost a million views on YouTube. His following shorts are presented at festivals such as Zinebi, Huelva or Málaga, where he wins a Silver Biznaga. He is also a member of the programming team for Venice Days and the Raindance Film Festival.
