Synopsis
Drawing from the memories of Manel, a filmmaker who spends the lockdown in his grandparents’ uninhabited house, we delve into both his family history and that of the village itself, navigating through ghosts, celebrations, and dreams, covering the most recent history: from the Coronavirus pandemic to the Spanish Civil War. The Crab’s Path proposes a journey forward while looking back, a struggle against forgetting, a claim to memory carried through to the last breath, until the very end.
