Synopsis
Negu Hurbilak tells the story of a young woman’s flight. It’s 2011, and the terrorist group ETA –an armed Basque nationalist and far-left separatist organization in the Basque Country, in northern Spain and southwestern France– announces the definitive cessation of its armed activity. The young woman, involved with the organization, is escaping and wants to cross the border into France.

They met at ESCAC, where they built a collective that shared creative points of view. Erroitz laid the initial stone for a path of creation and complicity. They worked together for the first time in Euskadi and they began to lay the foundations of what they are. Then came Uhara and A rabassa morta, short films shot in 16 mm. Now the collective faces its first feature film, Negu Hurbilak.
